First thing first, I will only be paying in pure GBP if your art blows me away, so if I say no to you please don't be offended as I will be super picky. £6.20 = 1000 CSC at current conversion rate. Second thing... this is not a NSFW kind of deal. I said "couple" because we are in the same picture but we are not, in fact, any kind of couple. It's just me and a Dragon.
The Rules;
If you don't approve of all these rules please don't post.
What I want;
I want this but drawn better and in black ink: this is me and a Dragon.
A sketch but tidy and possibly shaded slightly.
I can send you better references of what I look like.
I want the Dragon to perhaps be a bit bigger but not overly massive, and a bit fiercer looking though still with the look of adoration it possesses here, though I will leave this to your own discretion.
I want to be wearing a mixture of these three dresses:one, two and three. (Tight sleeves like three, sleeve length of two, skirt floatiness of one, length of one and two combined, beautifulness of all three.)
NO glasses. My fringe should not cover my eye but it should still be uneven. I also want the rest of my hair to be more wavey ("Beach waves"). (So to sum: straight fringe with wavey hair.) No headband.
I want this symbol somewhere: possibly on a necklace but not as a choker. Again I leave this to your artistic judgement. Would like it on the Dragon if possible, too. Not as jewellery, though.
I would like as many updates as possible so I can make adjustments where possible.
Traditional or digital, I am not too fussed. However, if you draw it traditionally I except a high-quality scanned image with no background noise.
If you do draw it traditionally I would like to discuss the possibility of getting the original posted to me.
Regards to RLC: I don't know how to pay in other currencies via PayPal so any advisement and patience would be greatly appreciated.
Other things;
Please post your examples and prices or link me to your shops. I'd prefer it if you post sketch examples only. My budget is limited. Again, I will be EXTREMELY picky and I am in no hurry.
Danke.
hey Danke, i'd definitely be interested in drawing you and your dragon! my art shop is here: CLICK
The sketchier pieces are down on the bottom and in the 'WORKS IN PROGRESS' tab. I can definitely clean up the line art though. I currently offer my line art + flat color for $20, although I'd also be very happy to do a full render if you're interested.
Hello! I would be delighted to draw for you. I am currently open to paypal commissions. :) Ink examples:
Hi there, thanks for your interest. Sorry I haven't been in touch I have been ill. I'd just like to ask if either or you have any examples of dragons? I love both your styles and honestly I can't quite decide. Also, can you give me a more solid estimate of how much just a black-inked sketch would cost? (I'd quite like to be of a big size so I could re-size it if possible).
no worries, hope you're feeling well!
I don't offer traditional inking - only digital lineart. It is $20 for lineart, including flat color if you wish.
Concerning dragons: my most recent is HERE (also on my portfolio site). I also did HERE, the blue human/dragon on the right side (that was a couple years ago though). HERE is a quick sketch.
Oh yeah sorry, I didn't mean just traditional, XD I just tend to think of all black lines as black ink. :) Would I be able to get two files from you if I wanted flat colour as well? (As in, a line art file and a flat colour file?).
I really like this style of yours (maybe a bit tidier, not sure), is that $20? (Out of curiosity what would the on-site currency price be?)
sure! just wanted to clarify we are on the same page.
Yes, $20 include both the line art and the flat color image. Let me know if you want a work in progress shot - I include the rough sketch for you to approve before inking. The example you linked to is the closest representation of my lineart (its a relatively new offering); the one below it is a rough example of what flat color will be like - so yes, the commission will definitely be cleaner.
I do conversion of $10 = 35M sp, so $20 = 70M sp.
I will have a think about it and then let you know if I want to commission you tomorrow :) Thanks for posting. I am super tempted. I also need to have more of a think of what I want the picture to look like. I'll get back to you later on!
Not a problem, dear! I do offer traditional inking as well as digital, but the digital one is always smoother. I work on immense sizes even larger than 5000 pixels if neccesary. This is admittedly a very rough dragon head sketch (not as many details as I would like):
The price for a fullbody dragon and fullbody human plus decorative extras (such as a pile of treasures, throne, frame) would be $30.
Hi there, I'm sorry but I'm going to say no to you. Thanks for posting :)
Can we discuss this via Profile Comments? (Not the messaging service because that drives me insane.) I can be talked in to discussing it on the boards if necessary.
